Ivan Syritsyn

Attorney at Law

Ivan Syritsyn is a dedicated advocate for individuals navigating the aftermath of car accidents in Georgia. His academic journey began at St. John’s College in Annapolis, where he graduated in 2019. The college’s rigorous curriculum and emphasis on classical inquiry honed his analytical thinking and laid a solid foundation for law school. At Georgia State University College of Law, he earned his Juris Doctor in 2024 and was admitted to practice in Georgia. Throughout his education he immersed himself in leadership, serving as treasurer and president of the student government, as well as founding the Chess Club and representing his peers on the board of visitors and governors. These roles cultivated his ability to listen attentively, lead decisively, and advocate persuasively—qualities that he carries into his legal work daily.

A childhood encounter with a rabid dog left an indelible mark on Ivan, instilling empathy for those suddenly thrust into medical crises. Later, an internship in Congress exposed him to the intricacies of legislation and the importance of diligent representation, while his mother’s involvement in an auto accident illuminated the extent that accident victims must navigate. With a family background in healthcare, Ivan was drawn to the intersection of medicine and law; he views personal injury litigation as a platform to champion individuals who find themselves facing a complex system they never anticipated entering. Ivan’s law school years were defined by intellectual curiosity and a balance between discipline and adaptability. He served as Chief Justice of the Honor Court, was a member of the W. Homer Drake, Jr. Inn of Court and even directed a modern retelling of King Lear presented by his Wills, Trusts, and Estates class. These endeavors reveal a creative yet structured approach to the law, emphasizing that advocacy is both an art and a science. Through managing high‐volume responsibilities, he learned to harmonize strict legal requirements with the flexibility needed to adapt to each unique case. This blend of order and innovation helps him build persuasive arguments and seek optimal outcomes for those injured in motor vehicle collisions.

Clients who work with Ivan encounter a sincere and dynamic advocate. Known for his genuine sympathy and forceful negotiation skills, he is tenacious when dealing with insurance companies and compassionate when guiding clients through their recovery. His daily motivation stems from an eagerness to take on new and challenging cases, coupled with an unwavering commitment to secure justice for accident victims. Outside the office he serves as the head of his college’s alumni association in Atlanta, enjoys reading, writing, and exploring nature, practices meditation to maintain clarity and balance, and pursues amateur numismatics. These interests reflect a thoughtful, balanced individual whose strength, ambition, empathy, and drive for results resonate with those seeking a trusted ally after a car accident.
