Brittany Ford
Attorney at Law
Brittany Ford is a determined advocate for individuals injured in car accidents in Tennessee and Alabama, drawing on a diverse background that spans public service, courtroom advocacy, and community engagement. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2014 and completed her Juris Doctor at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2017.
Brittany is admitted to practice in Alabama and Tennessee as well as in federal court before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District of Tennessee and Northern District of Alabama. Her commitment to personal injury law stems from a lifelong desire to stand up for those facing their most vulnerable moments; she has chosen to focus her career on helping clients navigate the legal system and reclaim control after a car crash.
Before joining The Roth Firm, Brittany served as a prosecutor, honing the courtroom skills and clear communication that now define her practice. The experience of working with survivors of trauma taught her to combine firmness with empathy and to speak with both compassion and authority. This perspective fuels her client-centered approach, ensuring that every person who entrusts her with their case feels heard, respected, and fully informed from start to finish. Her ability to convey complex legal concepts with clarity and her unwavering responsiveness make her a reassuring guide during an often stressful journey.
Throughout her education and career, Brittany has actively pursued excellence and service. As an undergraduate she was involved in the Pre-Law Society and volunteered for Relay for Life. At Cumberland School of Law she achieved Dean’s List honors, participated in the Women in Law and Public Interest Societies, volunteered with the Wills for Heroes Clinic, and broadened her perspective through a comparative law program at Sidney Sussex College.
Brittany continues her professional development as a member of the Nashville Bar Association’s Bar Journal Editorial Committee, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the Lawyers’ Association for Women. One of her most influential professional steps was leaving public service to enter private practice—a transition that required embracing a new area of law, building relationships, and trusting that her values would translate into success. This leap reinvigorated her passion for advocacy and reaffirmed her dedication to making a tangible difference in people’s lives.
Brittany wants her clients to see her as approachable, trustworthy, and relentless. She is motivated every day by the opportunity to help someone regain control after a traumatic event, and she is unyielding in pursuing the best outcome for them. Clients leave her care knowing they were genuinely heard and zealously represented.
Beyond the office, Brittany invests in her community by taking Spanish classes through Cosecha Community Development, a women-led organization that brings diverse groups together in Nashville. She enjoys walking her rescue pup, playing pickleball with friends, and attending a monthly book club—activities that keep her grounded and energized. This balance of strength, ambition, empathy, and results defines Brittany’s approach to personal injury law and sets her apart as a dedicated advocate for those who need it most.
