Caroline Preston
Attorney at Law
Attorney Caroline Preston brings a blend of organization, warmth, and tenacity to representing people injured in car accidents across Tennessee and Pennsylvania.
Raised on the values of hard work and academic excellence, she graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University in 2019 and earned her Juris Doctor from Widener Commonwealth Law School in 2022, graduating magna cum laude.
At Widener she served on Law Review and the Moot Court Honor Society, experiences that sharpened her research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Now admitted to practice in both Tennessee and Pennsylvania, she dedicates her career to standing up for those harmed by others’ negligence, helping them navigate the complex aftermath of a crash.
During law school, Caroline sought experiences that exposed her to diverse areas of law and allowed her to work with people going through difficult times. That exposure reinforced her desire to practice in a field where she could make a tangible difference and prepared her to handle the wide array of issues that arise in personal injury cases.
Caroline’s transition from student to practitioner required confidence and adaptability; juggling rigorous academics and real-world responsibilities taught her how to keep meticulous organization without losing sight of the human stories behind each case.
Clients describe Caroline as organized, personable, friendly, and highly responsive. She knows that the aftermath of an accident can bring unexpected stress and mounting challenges, so she works hard and provides swift assistance at every step. Her motivation comes from knowing that her diligence can ease the negative effects an injury has on someone’s life.
Caroline wants those she represents to see her as a tireless advocate who will fight for them and remain at their side through the entire process.
At The Roth Firm, she and her colleagues take pride in doing the heavy lifting so clients can focus on healing. She understands the hardships people face when they are unable to go to work or provide for their loved ones due to injuries and circumstances beyond their control.
Away from the office, Caroline recharges by embracing the outdoors and staying active. She enjoys hiking through nature with her dog, traveling to new places, and competing in recreational sand volleyball leagues. These activities reflect her love of adventure and teamwork—qualities that carry over into her practice.
The balance Caroline finds in pursuing her passions allows her to approach each case with fresh energy and unwavering dedication.
