After graduating from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, Ben Clary practiced in real estate in the metro Atlanta area representing lending institutions for two and a half years.
While he appreciated the experience, he was largely unfulfilled due to the lack of personal interaction with his clients so he chose to pursue a career representing people in their greatest time of need.
Since making the switch, Ben has represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases of all stripes including those injured in car wrecks, tractor trailer wrecks and those injured due to the negligence of property owners in premises liability actions.
Ben was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia and chose to stay in the low country for college attending College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a concentration in political rhetoric. It was during his undergraduate studies that he became fascinated with our laws and courts which led him to law school.
He is a member of the Georgia Bar, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice and is a long-time volunteer for the Chattahoochee Riverkeeper. He is admitted in the all Georgia state courts including the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. He is also admitted in the Northern District of Georgia and the Middle District of Georgia.
In his free time Ben enjoys running, reading, cooking and fly fishing. He especially enjoys doing any of those activities if he can do them his wife, Mary Kelly, and three kids.
